If you have filed a 311 complaint and want your service number to be linked with ours, please complete this form.
Calling 311 does not cost the building anything. The City will only give violations if there is an actual problem.
If you think the co-op should fix City-documented problems instead of just spending money on lawyers, please sign our petition.
