History of the Problem

We've been asking the co-op to fix this since 2018.

Here's a 20-page memo that was sent to the Board in Feb 2025 -- while Alexandrea was Board President -- outlining the numerous requests for a repair over the past 7 years.

After the co-op refused to do anything, we hired a lawyer. For a year, we paid lawyers to write letters and request repairs. 

We didn't file in Housing Court until Feb 2026, after spending the entire winter with our windows open.

Even with our windows open, and temps at 55 degrees in our bedroom, the air was often still unhealthy. And it was freezing.
