$250,000 lawsuit

This lawsuit was filed by 333 East 14th St Associates which rents the commercial space to the USPS.

This is NOT our lawsuit. We are in Housing Court asking for repairs. 

This lawsuit seeks "the cost of making repairs, for the loss of rental income from the USPS as a result of the flooding, estimated to be in excess of the sum of $250,000.00, together with interest."
